It all started on Bumble and nearly 4 years later we are getting married! Our first date was at Il Dolce Pizzeria & Restaurant in Costa Mesa. Of course Cheryl called and was running late. Me being annoyed with online dating apps and the restaurant closing in 20 minutes said, "hurry up.., why are you late on our 1st date."

I later found out Cheryl called her sister Carmina and said, "Can you believe he told me to hurry up? I'm not going!" Carmina said, "Just go, have fun..you never know."

The dinner was fantastic. The funny part is we literally lived 1 block apart. We mingled and started sharing our favorite eats in the area. I told Cheryl my new favorite pizzeria on Harbor Blvd. called Ciao! Ciao was Carmina's Pizzeria. The rest is history and continues to be written....
